Standard Mode
The
Standard Mode is the basic level mode that allows EZMaster compatibility with the majority of the existing Software applications.
Due to the actual limitation of the Parallel/Serial signals standard, which was during the “golden years” of Ham Logging Software, the
default functions which are available are simply the following:

Notice:
LPT Pin 2 pulse is acknowledged as DVK STOP regardless its the previous state.
In this way the DVK STOP can be issued even if the ANTENNA MATRIX is used, because it is the pulse that is recognized,
being the pulse the double transition from one state to other and back, and not only the 0 or 1 levels.
In Standard Mode, EZMaster follows the previous table settings for the pin out of the ANTENNA MATRIX A DB25 Connector. In this
mode there is a direct relationship between the Parallel and the decoded ANTENNA MATRIX A output. Each Pin of the ANTENNA
MATRIX A is SET to 1 according to the BCD value set onto the Parallel port.
Each output pin can drive a Relay with a maximum current sink of 150mA for each of the 32 ports; this means that a maximum of 32
relays, with an average sink current of 5mA each, can be driven simultaneously.
In Standard Mode only one relay at time is excited.
