SmartServe™ Drink Mixers Service Manual

Removal and Replacement

To install the wash chamber gasket:

NOTE:

Ensure all old gasket material is removed before installing a new gasket.

1.  Place the gasket (6) on the wash chamber assembly (5).
2.  Place the gasket cover (4) on the gasket (6) and wash chamber assembly (5).
3.  Install screw (2) and screw (3). DO NOT TIGHTEN.
4.  Install nine screws (1). DO NOT TIGHTEN.
5.  Using an alternating pattern, tighten screw (2), screw (3), and nine screws (1) to ensure

the gasket (6) is sealed evenly between the gasket cover (4) and wash chamber
assembly (5).

6. Install the wash chamber assembly as outlined in this manual.
