h)  Push the poly sheath and insulation back to expose the 

metal core. It is easier to pull the metal core onto both 

the duct box and duct collar than to push it. 

i)  Working with one hand inside and one hand outside, 

slowly work the metal core onto both the duct box and 

duct collar. 

j)  Secure each end with two sheet metal screws.
