Headlight beam adjustment
The headlight setting can be adjusted or changed for high load conditions
using the headlight beam adjustment

in order to prevent
dazzling other drivers.
• Check the headlight settings after every weight change.

Attention
If the telltales flash approximately twice as fast as normal, this
indicates that the turn indicator system is not working prop-
erly! Check the front, rear and side turn indicators immedi-
ately as well as the turn indicators on the trailer.

Note
The headlight beam adjustment does not affect the settings of
the auxiliary headlights (option).
The basic settings for the headlights must always be carried
out by your authorised Hako dealer. The headlight beam
adjustment must be in home position (0) for this purpose!
