6.6

Changing fuses

In the controller there are 2 fuses that the user can change. Faulty fuses are 
indicative of problematic ambient conditions. Only qualified personnel should 
determine the cause and change the fuse. Figure 6-28 shows the exact position of 
the fuses that you can change as follows:

1.

Isolate from the power supply (including the relay contacts if they are 
connected to a power supply).

2.

Open the hinged controller cover by completely undoing the four captive bolts.

3.

Remove the main voltage protective cover; first press the lever up until it 
engages and then remove the protective cover upwards.

4.

Remove the old fuses and replace with fuses of the same type and rating (T, 
1.6 A, 250 V).

5.

Re-fit the protective cover.

6.

Close the front flap and hand tighten the bolts.

7.

Re-connect to the power supply.
