Section 6 Maintenance
It has been possible to reduce the scope of the maintenance to be performed by
the user to only a few actions. Clearly summarised in a table and described in
detail in the following sections, these actions can be quickly and straightforwardly
performed by qualified personnel.

6.2 Cleaning measuring chamber
The cleanliness of the measuring chamber is crucial for correct measured results.
This cylindrical optical measuring chamber has a rotating wiper with three wiper
profiles (only on plus version); these prevent normal soiling of the optical system
as it starts to build up. With very stubborn deposits, manual cleaning with a
suitable cleaning agent (e.g. citric acid) is recommended.
