One voice gateway permits only one telnet user to login.

The timeout time for telnet is five minutes.
6.2 Troubleshooting
This section introduces the problems that may occur on the VG 10-10/10-11 during
installation or operation and provides solutions to the problems.
I. The PWR LED does not light
Check that:
z
The power adapter matches the VG.
z
The power supply is properly connected.
II. LAN LED does not light
Check that:
z
The power supply is properly connected.
z
Both ends of the network cable are properly connected.
z
The problem of the cable: Connect the two ends of the network cable to the LAN
port and WAN port of VG 10-10/10-11 respectively and check the LAN LED and
WAN LED on the front panel. If they do not light, the cable must have problem, and
you need to change a new one.
z
The Ethernet card is correctly installed on the PC.
III. Why I cannot open the configuration page after I type the IP address of the
Ethernet port in the Web explorer?
Check that:

The network connection between the PC and VG 10-10/10-11 is normal. You can
check by taking the following steps:
z
Make sure the LAN LED on the front panel can light. If the LAN LED does not light,
there must be some physical problems in the network connection, then refer to the
“LAN LED does not light” for solution.
z
Check the local connection icon of the PC. Click [Start -> Settings -> Control Panel
-> Network and Dial-up Connections] on PC. The icon of the local connection
should be

the connection and refer to “LAN LED does not light” for solution; if the icon
