Attach the rear mounting brackets to the rack:
a.
Determine to orient the rear mounting brackets with the wide flange inside or outside the
rack.
b.
Install cage nuts (user-supplied) in the mounting holes in the rear rack posts. Make sure the
corresponding cage nuts on the left and right rear rack posts are at the same height.
c.
Attach the rear mounting brackets to the rear posts with M6 screws (user supplied), as
shown in
Figure 14 . Do not completely fasten the screws until you mount the switch chassis
in the rack.
