Be careful to have your hands placed safely at
any time, so that they cannot slip suddenly and
get in touch with the saw chain.
•
The part to be worked shall be unconditionally
free of any nails and similar foreign matters.
When working, stand outside the extended
range of operation of the saw chain.
•
Do not overload the machine, otherwise it would
run slower and will tend to get overheated.
•
Never cut several pieces at a time.
•
Do not attempt removing loose chips or pieces
of wood or a piece that got jammed while the
saw is still running.
•
To remove defects or the pieces worked, always
switch the machine off first.
•
Adjustment, measurement, cleaning etc. may be
done only after the machine engine was
switched off.
•
Do not leave the working area unattended
without switching off the machine engine.
•
If safety or protective devices are maintained or
repaired, they have to be properly reinstalled
immediately after the work is completed. .
•
It is unconditional that safety regulations effec-
tive in the given place of use are general knowl-
edge together with the other commonly recog-
nised safety regulations.
•
Always pay attention to standing firmly and
keeping balance while working.
•
Check the machine regularly for any signs of
damage.
•
Before using the machine, it is unconditional to
check the safety devices. Make sure that all the
parts, apparently only slightly damaged, work
properly.
•
Check the working condition of all the moving
parts. Primarily, pay attention to any damaged
and stuck parts. Any parts should be installed
correctly and meet all the conditions of perfect
functioning.
•
Unless otherwise stated in this manual, an
authorised servicing centre should repair/replace
the damaged parts and safety devices
•
Have any damaged switches replaced at an
authorised servicing centre.
•
This machine meets any respective safety
provisions. Only qualified electricians at author-
ised servicing centres are allowed to do repairs,
using original spare parts. Non-observance will
give a rise to the risk of accidents.
•
Eye protection must be used.
•
Ear protectors must be worn.
•
Protective apparel must be worn.
•
Do not use the saw when your attention is
impaired by effect of drugs, alcohol or fatigue.
Accessories
Thanks to modern manufacturing methods, it is not
very likely, that your new tool would be defective or
that some parts would be missing. If, despite that,
something is not all tight, please, do not use the tool
until the defect is put right or the parts replaced.
There is a serious risk of material and personal
harms.
The delivery contains accessories as follow:

Power chainsaw, including the bar and chain

Bar/chain replacement spanner
•
Saw chain/bar protection cover
•
Chain saw installation jointing material
•
Instruction

The machine is allowed to be used for the given
purpose only. Any use different from the intended
use is considered an abuse. If this is the case, only
the user shall be held liable for any damage. The
manufacture is not liable to perform any guarantee
then.
Before Initial Use of Unit
Warning!
Before putting the chain saw in operation,
check it for reliable working condition. Do not switch the
machine on when in any doubts!
Primarily, pay attention to following points:
•
Chain brake working condition
•
Properly mounted guide bar
•
Saw chain correct tension
•
Switches easy run
•
The ignition plug safely mounted. If the plug is
loose, sparkle and subsequent ignition of fuel- air
mixture may occur.
•
Make sure that handgrips are clean so that power
saw may be led safely.
Before starting the machine, all the safety and
protection devices have to be in place and properly
mounted.
The saw chain must move freely.
When working/cutting timber that was already worked in
a way before, watch out for nails, screws etc. Before
getting down to work, remove any foreign bodies from
the timber.
Before putting the saw on. Make sure that the chain is
fitted properly and moving parts are not blocked.
Warning! If in doubt when putting the chain saw in
operation, take advice from a professional of an
authorised servicing centre. Guessing may be
dangerous to life!
Chain Saw Bar and Chain Assembly
Caution!
When performing the maintenance of the
machine, ALWAYS put the engine off! Always wear
protective gloves when doing the installation to protect
you form any cutting injuries.
1. Loosen up the side cover nuts (
Fig. 2)
. When these
nuts are loosened,
(Fig. 2)

to be removed so that the chain bar precise assem-
bly is secured
(Fig. 3)
2. Take the chain and the chain bar from packaging.
3. Put the chain bar in both guide pins (Fig. 4) through
the linear hole. Put the chain behind the clutch cone
into the round sprocket (always wear safety gloves
when handling the saw chain to prevent injuries).
Mind that the chain meshes precisely in the round
sprocket.
(Cautious: any defect due to unskilled
assembly is not covered by the warranty!) Mind
the rotation direction

Pull the saw chain on the saw carefully

5. Now, it is possible to replace the cover. Make sure
that the chain brake lever is always on the front
position before the assembly (loose brake belt) (Fig.
