4.4.20 E19 E24 E27Diagnosis and analysis

4.4.20.1 Diagnosis

E19 will occur when PFC module is abnormal.

E24 will occur when PFC module temperature is too high.

E27 will occur when the circuit of PFC module detecting temperature is abnormal.

4.4.20.2 Possible causes

The input power supply is abnormal.

Screws on PFC module are loose.

Internal PFC circuit detecting the temperature malfunctioned.

The radiator on PFC module has poor heat dissipation.

PFC module circuit malfunctioned.

Inverter module PCB is damaged.

4.4.20.3 Analysis and action

Yes

Replace drive PCB

E19 E24 E27

Power supply is abnormal?

Restart the unit once power supply
is normal

Screws on PFC module are loose?

The radiator on inverter module PCB has

poor heat dissipation?

Tighten the screw

Ensure good heat dissipation on the
radiator
