2.3 How to read the
operating status
or
The display continuously informs about the operating status of the sys-
tem.
The active exchanger is indicated at the top on the left.
The water flow is indicated by the drop next to the active exchang-
er (is blinking in the rhythm of 5 turbine water meter pulses).
During the regeneration, the current operating status may be read
from the circle of arrows: Each arrow stands for one regeneration
step. If the circle is closed, the regeneration is completed.
The maintenance interval has been reached. Maintenance should
be performed by Grünbeck’s technical service/authorised service
company. The maintenance indication may be acknowledged in
the same way as an error message is acknowledged. After an
hour, however, the message reappears. The maintenance interval
has no effect on the operating sequences.
Note:
The maintenance interval is only indicated upon prior activa-
tion by Grünbeck’s technical service/authorised service company.

The current flow rate is indicated (m3/h). The value will be

0 °dH (0 °f, 0 mmol/l). Depending on the ratio between inlet water
hardness and soft water hardness, the blending is correspondingly
higher.
