Remove dispense valve and ball stop.

To remove ball stop:

Remove nuts (47), screws (46) and ball stop (45)
from end of hose (F

needed) to prevent fluid spills.

Remove screws (9) and nuts (28) to remove roller
plate (43) (F

Roller Guide Reassembly

1.

Route end of the hose through the hose rollers (F

Align plate (43) with front of hose reel base (F

3.

Replace screws (9) and nuts (28) (F

Wrench tighten. Then torque to 24-35 ft. lbs (33.9 to
46.45 N.m).
