To prevent equipment damage, do not circulate
luid containing a blowing agent without consulting
with your material supplier regarding luid
temperature limits.
NOTE: NOTE: NOTE: Optimum heat transfer is achieved at lower
luid low rates with temperature set points at desired
drum temperature. Low temperature rise deviation
errors may result.
Circulating luid through the gun manifold allows
rapid preheating of the hose.
1. Install gun luid manifold (P) on accessory
circulation kit (CK). Connect high pressure
circulation lines (R) to circulation manifold.

2. Route circulation lines back to respective
component A or B supply drum. Use hoses
rated for the maximum working pressure of this
equipment. See Technical Technical Technical Speciications Speciications Speciications.
3. Follow procedures from Startup, page 44 .
4. Turn main power switch on.
5. Set temperature targets. See Targets, page 39 .
6. Before starting the motor, unlock the hydraulic
compensator knob, then rotate counter-clockwise
until it ceases to move.
7. Press motor to start motor and pumps.
Circulate luid at lowest possible pressure until
temperatures reach targets.
8. Press to turn on the hose heat zone.
9. Turn on the A and B heat zones. Wait until the
luid inlet valve temperature gauges (FTG) reach
the minimum chemical temperature from the
supply drums.
10. Turn off motor.
