Check that the needle is in the “Up” position. The needle cannot be threaded if it is down.

To prevent accidental stitching or needle movement, press the Settings icon

on the

display to go to the Settings menu.

Place the thread cone on one of the cone-style thread stands.

Pull the thread straight up and through the two guide loops of the thread mast. Avoid

accidental twisting by threading from front-to-back on the first loop, and then back-to-front on

the second loop.
