Replacing the Encoder Spring

Repairs and Diagnostics

Use the 4 mm Allen wrench to loosen the

encoder screw

(shown in gray) and remove the

encoder and wheel.

2. Remove the plastic stop,

wheel spacer

washer

, broken encoder spring, and shoulder

spacer from the encoder.

Pull on the lock collar to remove it from the encoder screw.
