Installation Instructions

To install the hopping foot on your quilting machine, please take the following steps:

Power off the machine.

Remove the needle. See “Changing the Needle” on page 63 for detailed instructions.

Rotate the hand wheel to drop the needle bar to the lowest position.

Place the hopping foot height gauge on top of the needle plate.

Slide the

hopping foot to the presser bar, on top of the height gauge.
