Preparing to Quilt

Loading the Bobbin Case

After filling the bobbin, it is time to insert it into the bobbin case and place it in the machine.

Check that the needle is in the “Up” position. The bobbin case will not release from the machine

if the needle is down. If needed, rotate the hand wheel to raise the needle.

Press the Settings icon

on the display to go to the Settings menu. This will prevent

accidental stitching.

Pull the release lever on the bobbin case to remove the case from the machine.

Place the wound bobbin into the bobbin case. Please note the direction that the thread is coming

off the bobbin in relation to the case.
