C Uploading Report Forms from the PC to the Test Instrument

Note:

 Forms can only be uploaded from the PC to the test instru-

ment if they are located in the same directory as 
the WinProfi program files.

Reports 

menu.

Follow the instructions which appear at the monitor.

D Generating Reports at the PC

Note:

 The desired measurement val-

ues from the test instrument must 
be stored to the PC hard disc 
before reports can be generated at 
the PC.

The following steps are performed at 
the PC:

Select 

Print data 

in the 

File 

menu.

➭

Select the desired file and acknowledge with OK.

➭

Click the “Get” button in order to display all of the systems 
which have been saved to the selected file.

➭

Click the system to be printed out and then click the “

” but-

ton. The selected system appears in the print list. Several, or all 
systems, can be printed at once if desired, in which case a 
separate report is created for each system.

– Printing the Report

➭

Select the desired printer in Windows. The standard printer is 
always used. Printer settings can be changed to suit your 
specific needs with the 

printer setup

 function in the 

System

 

menu.

➭

Select a report template and start printing by clicking the OK 
button.

 

Note: 

If the print-out does not fit into the page as desired, the font 

can be enlarged or reduced in size. With some printers the printer 
driver included with Windows must be used instead of the driver 
provided by the printer manufacturer.
