Level track:
Check to make sure that the lower flange of track is level (/-1/8”) and parallel to
opposite runway (/-1/8”) over a 20’-0” distance.
3.4
If you do
have additional runways/monorail sections
proceed to Step 4, on page 7.
If you do not
have additional runways/monorail sections:
Install end stops (
diagram 3C
) (molded bumper with
through bolt), in runway end opposite festooning end.
For more information on festooning, refer to Step 8, on
page 18.
Tighten nut on through bolt until lockwasher is flat.
If you have a bridge crane, go to Step 5, on page 8.
If you have a monorail, go to Step 6, on page 14.
WARNING
Do not deviate from the bridge “span” dimension shown on the General Arrangement
drawing. Bridge “span” is the distance between runways (centerline to centerline).
