Fryer Operation

17.

Basket Lift Option:

At the end of the programmed preset

cooking time, an alarm sounds and the Main Display
reads

“DONE”

. The Scrolling Display reads either

“Left Timer”

“Right Timer”

. The Fry Basket

is automatically lifted out of the oil. Press Alarm Reset
Button

to silence the alarm.

Basket Hanger Option:

At the end of the programmed

preset cooking time, an alarm will sound and the Main
Display will read

. The Scrolling Display will

read either

“Left Timer”

“Right Timer”

. Wearing

thermal protective mitts or gloves, lift the Basket

from the oil and hang it on the top bar of the Basket
Hanger

. Press the Alarm Reset Button

silence the alarm.

18. Allow cooked product to adequately drain.

19. Wearing thermal protective mitts, or gloves, remove

Basket and dump cooked product onto the FFLT Dump

Station, or other appropriate container.

16. After 60% of the preset cooking time has elapsed, a stir alarm sounds and the Scrolling Display reads

“Stir

Product”

. Using the Stirring Utensil

, agitate the cooking product and then press the Alarm Reset

. This stirring will help prevent product from sticking together, promoting

more even cooking.
