Overview

EOF-BIB/FFLT/24/24

Always use Oven Mitts when handling any of these parts ... they will become very hot during normal use.

CAUTION

•

Never remove the Filter Pan while it contains hot cooking oil. Doing so could result in oil spillage or possible

burn injury. Please see Section 5-4. Removal of Liquid Shortening.

Hold Down Lever

Locks & secures the hold-down frame, sealing the filter media

against the Filter Pan bottom.

Hold Down Frame

Holds & seals the filter media against the pan bottom.

Filter Paper

Filters finer particles of sediment from the cooking oil. The system

requires at least (1) piece of Filter Paper, (2) may be used.

Optional Filter Media

(SSFS)

Renewable, Stainless Steel Filter Screen. An alternative to paper

filter media. Can be cleaned and reused many times.

Filter Pan Crumb Catcher

Captures large crumbs and debris as oil is being drained into Filter

Pan, providing an additional component of filtration.

Filter Pan

Collects and filters cooking oil. Recommend filtering after every

(4) cook cycles. The Filter Pan is easily removable for cleaning and

filter media renewal. It features casters for portability. A

permanent perforated screen is affixed to the pan bottom to

support the filter media and aid in protecting the filter pump from

unintended debris.

THIS IS NOT A FILTER - FILTER MEDIA MUST

BE USED

Filter Pan Quick-disconnect Fitting for connecting to the unit oil filtration system. Hose must

be disconnected before removing the filter pan.
