5. Fryer Operation

•

Ensure the unit is positioned in a safe, stable location ... casters with brakes must have the brake applied.

•

Consult an electrician to ensure all electrical specifications have been met and the unit is properly grounded.

The wiring diagrams provided with this unit should aid the electrician while installing the fryer.

•

Due to the high temperature of oil during cooking operations, it is extremely important that users exercise

caution when working with or around this equipment to avoid personal injury.

CAUTION

•

Before cleaning or performing maintenance, set all power switches to OFF and disconnect power to the unit at

the main circuit breaker panel.

•

DO NOT hose down the unit’s interior or exterior with water from a spray hose.

•

Failure to comply with these DANGER notices will result in death or serious injury, equipment or property

damage, and void the warranty.
