Basket Lift Option:

Press the desired Basket Lift

Button 

.  Then press the Down Arrow 

to

lower the Fry Basket.

Basket Hanger Option:

Manually place Baskets into

Fry Vat, sitting them on the Fry Screen 

in the vat

bottom.

13. It is recommended that uncooked product be placed into the Fry Basket while it is hanging on the Basket Lift

Carrier in the 

UP

position, or while Basket is positioned on Basket Hanger.  Basket containing product is then

lowered, or placed, into the hot cooking oil.
Alternatively, Fry Baskets may be placed into the hot oil first and then uncooked product can be loaded directly

into the basket.

Button (left or right),

then press the desired Menu 

Button twice.  The

timer will start and begin to count down.  The Scrolling
