6. Position the second pipe/fitting in
the middle of the fusion zone or
heating bush with first pipe/fitting
(max. permissible gap: 0.5 mm).
7. Making sure that the bladder is
positioned correctly, close the
heating station.
14 Fusion
Never start the fusion process if the bladder is not in one of the piping
components to be fused! (It could burst!)
Remove the safety lever of the
heating station after starting the
fusion process! (To prevent the
heating station from being
inadvertently opened, thereby
allowing the melt to emerge or the
bladder to burst)
1. Confirm with the
ENTER button.
2. The fusion process begins.
3.
The red signal lamp on the front
of the
BCF Plus machine lights
up.
