Clamping the pipes / fittings and positioning
the bladder d 20 – 63 mm
Pipes and fittings must always be clamped or supported on both sides using
moveable clamping units so that the components are prevented from slipping
during fusion.
Clamping the first (left) pipe
:
Position the pipe or fitting end to be fused in the middle of the heating station
and close the left clamping unit or use a supporting tool (for 45° fittings) or the
clamping unit (for 90° fittings) to absorb the axial forces which occur during the
fusion process.
Clamping the second (right) pipe
:
1. Position the pipe or fitting end to be fused.

Check the bladder and the connector for damage
.
In Never inflate the bladder outside of the pipe!
3.
Insert the cleaned air hose first
.
4. Shorten air hose appr 10 mm.
5.
Attach the cleaned bladder to the
inserted air hose
.
