“Copying” display appears. Nothing is
changed even if the “Stop” key is pressed but
the display is changed when the doors are

All the copies and prints are currently counted
as copies.
With the new version, the prints from the
document server, which are sent from a PC,
can be selected as copies or prints by
changing the setting of SP5972. Please refer

The saddle stitching was available only with
the magazine and duplex to duplex modes.
With the new version, the saddle stitching is
available with the duplex printing in the
document server and with the simplex to

The machine stops during copying with the
following conditions:
1.
The printer controller is installed.
2. The print priority is set to “Printer”. Or, it
is set to “Display” and the printer LCD is
displayed during copying.
3. The staple mode is selected.
4. Copy in the copy mode or print in the
document server is being done.
The stapling is done after 256, 512, 768,
1024, … sheets are copied. (i.e.: if the
number of originals is 2, the machine stops
after 128 sets are copied (total 256 sheets). If
the number of originals is 40, the machine
stops after 32 sets are copied (total 1280
sheets).
