Common Printer Messages

Description

Material must be LOADED

Material has not been loaded before printing a job. Load the material
and press the LOAD/UNLOAD key.

Motor Power Cycled!

The X-axis, Y-axis, Z-axis, and roll-to-roll motors are
turned on after an Emergency Stop.

Move Carriage to PARK
position before Purge

Message to ensure ink does not drip onto floor due to being in
improper position during a purge procedure.

Nozzle Out job
recommended

Displays during at the end of a maintenance procedure to remind user
to run the Nozzle Out job to determine status of heads/nozzles.

Open both “INK COLOR”
Purge Valves

Displays during the clear ink line procedure. Use the 2 mm Allen
wrench to open both purge valves for the same color printheads.
