Operation
Removing material/digging in hard soil
Proceed as follows:
• Completely retract the telescopic unit
• Select low drive range
• Lower bucket to the ground ( 115/1). To do this:
Push lever 21 forward (C)
• Set digging angle
α
slightly flatter (115/2) than for digging in soft soil. To do this:
Push lever 21 to the left (A)
• Drive the machine forward (115/3) and
• Press the bucket downward slightly. To do this:
Push lever 21 slightly forward (C)
Once the bucket has penetrated the soil:
• Set digging angle
α
slightly flatter (116/1). To do this:
Push lever 21 to the left (A), so that:
• Layer being removed is as even as possible and
• To reduce wheel spin
• Push lever 21 to the left (A), or move it alternately to the left and right (A and B), to
loosen the material
• Proceed the same as for loading material that is hard to penetrate
