NOTE

This assembly and operating manual describes the AB 450/ 650 with a 400V drive unit. For the

450/ 650

, the following items are different:

•

The assembly height is limited to 55m (otherwise the voltage drop in the power line would be to o
heavy).

•

The cross-section of the power line fort he control has to be at least 4mm².

•

You have to use a special single control or central control for 230V/ 50Hz.

Requirements at place of installation

Electrical connection (on site)

•

A building site main switch cabinet with residual 400V 50Hz current circuit breaker and fusing
fort he feedpoint with 3 x 16 A slow-to-blow is required on the construction site. For the

450 with 230Vdrive unit

you need a building site main switch cabinet with a 230V 50Hz

feedpoint with a minimum fusing of1 x 16 A slow-to-blow.

Connect the feeder for the control to the building site main switch cabinet (for the 400V –unit a er
CEE plug 5x16 A, 6h, red

with phase inverter

You need a rubber insulated flexible cable of at least

5 x 2,5 mm

respectively (fort

he 230V drive unit (see accessories), in order to avoid voltage drop and thereby any loss
concerning the motor power.

NOTE

If the power supply is poor you could change to a different power consumer.
