Assembling the working platform
9.3.1
Assembling the platform segments
•
The platform segments consist of 2 pieces. Platform railing (1) and
platform floor (2).

Attach platform floor (1) to the platform railings (1) on both sides and
screw in (hexagonal bolt M12 x 80)

By arranging 1m, 2m and 3m
segments against each other the
suspended working platform can be
extended to the correspondingly
required working width.
ATTENTION:
Only use bolts with a resistance strength
of 8.8 and self-locking nuts (DIN 985)
for screwing in the platform segments.
Use a galvanized washer under the
supporting surface of the bolt head and
nut.

Secure a front guard panel to both ends of the platform segments that
are assembled along the working length.

The standard design with 2 winches allows a max. working width of 14 m.
A special model with more than 2 winches requires consultation with the manufacturer.
