Installation

Installation of the evacuation line

2007-9015-001

Insure fully dedicated protection from the sacrificial anodes:

● To prolong the life of the anodes, it is imperative that they only protect the

pump and the evacuation line.

● At the time of installation, you must ensure that no ground wire is attached

directly or indirectly to the equipment protected.
For example, if the concrete floor wire mesh, the stalls and the evacuation
line are linked together to the same ground wire, sacrificial anodes will have
to protect a much larger mass of steel and will therefore corrode much faster.

● Properly installed, sacrificial anodes may last up to 20 years.
