Compression check

: Measure the distance of compression on all six isolators and

ensure

that it is less than 21 mm as shown in Figure M—3. If it is greater than this

value, the isolator will be in tension and will likely fail. Contact the Customer
Service Centre.

Use only in compression.

Transit considerations

Before transit ensure that:

Prior to installing the locking mechanisms, the product has finished its current
measurement cycle and is in Standby mode before being powered off. This
prevents oil remaining in the headspace during transit.

Transformer oil supply and return valves are in the Off position prior to and for
the duration of transit.

Both types of transit lock are fitted before transit

Note: These must be removed

before the product is powered on to take measurements.
