On  the  remaining  two  isolators,  place  an  O  ring  (MECH00249)  over  the  thread  of 
each  isolator  (one  O  ring  per  isolator)  as  shown  in  Figure  L—14.  Position  the 
isolators between the bottom lugs of the support bracket and the bottom holes on 
the right and left brackets. 

Note:  The  product  may  need  to  be  pulled  forward  slightly  at  the  bottom  to  provide  sufficient  space  to 
perform this step.

Align the four top isolators so that they are as straight as possible to minimise the 
skew.  The  bracket  holes  have  deliberately  been  enlarged  to  allow  freedom  of 
movement so that the installer can ensure that the isolators are aligned straight.

Attach  the  fittings  to  the  remaining  isolator  threads  as  per  the  images  shown  in 
Figure L—15. 

 

Use  the  10  mm  nut  spinner  to  tighten  all  six  isolators  (recommended  torque  is  5 
Nm).

 

Ensure that the silicone does not twist

. 

Note: The bottom isolators must not have nuts or washers applied to the back threads as shown in Figure 
L—14.
