4.0 MANUTENZIONE

Sono di seguito elencate le varie operazioni di manutenzione da
eseguirsi con periodicità.  Il minor costo di esercizio ed una
lunga durata della macchina dipende, tra l'altro, dalla metodica
e costante osservanza di tali norme.

Durante le operazioni di lavoro e manutenzione, utilizzare gli
idonei dispositivi di protezione individuale:

CAUTELA

- I tempi di intervento elencati in questo opuscolo hanno solo

carattere informativo e sono relativi a condizioni normali di
impiego, possono pertanto subire variazioni in relazione al
genere di servizio, ambiente più o meno polveroso, fattori
stagionali, ecc.

- Nel caso di condizioni più gravose di servizio, gli interventi di

manutenzione vanno logicamente incrementati.

- Prima di iniettare il grasso negli ingrassatori, è necessario pu-

lire con cura gli ingrassatori stessi per impedire che il fango, la
polvere o corpi estranei si mescolino con il grasso, facendo
diminuire, o addirittura annullare, l'effetto della lubrificazione.

ATTENZIONE

Tutte le operazioni di manutenzione, regolazione e di
approntamento alla lavorazione, devono essere eseguite tassa-
tivamente con presa di forza del trattore disinserita, falciatrice
giù e trattore spento e ben fermo, chiave disinserita. Tutte le
operazioni di assemblaggio devono essere eseguite a banco.

- Tenere sempre gli olii ed i grassi al di fuori della portata dei

bambini.

- Leggere sempre attentamente le avvertenze e le precauzio-

ni indicate sui contenitori.

- Evitare il contatto con la pelle.
- Dopo l'utilizzo lavarsi accuratamente e a fondo.
- Trattare gli olii usati in conformità con le leggi vigenti.

4.1 MANUTENZIONE ORDINARIA

- Durante le prime ore lavorative,controllare il serraggio delle viti

(Fig. 37).

OGNI 2 ORE LAVORATIVE

- Ingrassare nei punti (A-B, Fig. 35).

OGNI 8 ORE LAVORATIVE

- Ingrassare le crociere del cardano.
- Controllare la tensione delle cinghie attraverso la finestrella pra-

ticata sul carter (X, Fig. 36); il gioco non deve superare i due
centimetri. Regolare eventualmente la tensione tramite il dado
(J, Fig. 36). La finestrella di ispezione va tassativamente chiusa
con l'apposito coperchietto dopo ogni ispezione alle cinghie.
I due rulli, disposti lungo il percorso delle cinghie, hanno la sola
funzione di antiscuotimento, non sono tendi cinghia e perciò
non vanno regolati.

OGNI 50 ORE LAVORATIVE

- Controllare il serraggio dei bulloni sul biellismo (Fig. 37).

PERIODICAMENTE  (6 MESI)

- Ingrassare nel punto (A-B, Fig. 35).
