Wait until the beverage has reached the 

desired temperature or emulsion level, then 

return the steam control lever to its central 

position to stop the flow of steam.

After each use:

•  using a clean sponge, wash the outside 

of the steam nozzle with hot water to 

eliminate any organic residues that may be 

present.

•  clean the inside of the nozzle in the follow-

ing manner: point the pipe towards the cup 

support tray and, using maximum caution, 

perform at least one steam dispensing 

operation.
