2.2
Erasing Contents of the Radar Map
A total of 1,500 points may be used to inscribe lines and marks. When this
amount is exceeded, no more marks or lines may be entered unless you
unnecessary marks or lines in order to enter new ones. The number of mark/line
memory points used appears at the bottom of the RADAR MAP menu (see page
7), next to “MEMORY IN USE.”
2.2.1
Erasing individual marks/lines
1. Choose CURSOR from the MARK ENTRY MODE on the RADAR MAP
menu.
2. Press the [MARK] key to show the ENTER MARK menu.
3. Press the [2] key twice to choose MARK CANCEL.
4. Operate the trackball to place the cursor on the mark or line point you want
to erase.
Note:
When erasing a line, the cursor location determines how the line will
be processed. Place the cursor on the starting or ending point of a
line to erase a single line. To erase two lines connected to a point,
place the cursor at the connecting point between the lines.
