Flame Programmers

Flame Safeguard Control
This is the main control in the panel box. The programmer in conjunction with
a sensing device (UV scanner) super
vises the flame ignition sequence, proves
that the flame is satisfactory and monitors the established flame. Should any
fault occur, either during the ignition sequence or during normal operation, the
programmer will immediately go to “lock-out” and the burner will shut down.
Siemens Linkageless Modulation
The Siemens LMV3 system is a fully packaged burner management system,
linkageless control and first out annunciator.
For the VSRT 9.5-125: When operating the Siemens LMV3 systems, all changes
are made through the Siemens AZL display. When running the boiler, the status
of the burner is to be monitored with the Siemens AZL display (see below).
The left and right arrow keys are used for scrolling through the menu and
changing controller parameters. “Enter” accepts the menu and parameter
changes. It is possible to return to the main menu at any time by repeatedly
pressing “Escape” (pressing the “+” and “-“ keys at the same time).
