2 Port Replicator

Back Panel Components
The following is a brief description of the Port Replicator back panel cpmponents.
1.
DC Power Jack
The DC Power Jack allows you to plug in the AC Adaptor to power on your notebook.
2.
PS/2 Keyboard/Mouse Port.
The PS/2 port allows you to connect an external PS/2 keyboard or mouse.
3.
Serial Port
The serial port allows you to connect serial devices.
4.
Parallel Port
The parallel port allows you to connect paralle devices.
5.
External VGA Port
The external Vga port allows you to connect an external VGA or SVGA CRT monitor.
6.
USB Port
The USB allows you to connect USB devices.
7.
Lan (RJ-45) Jack
The LAN port allows you to connect a LAN (RJ-45).
Note that when your notebook is connected to the Port Replicator,the LAN port on the system is
not accessibale, the Port Replicator LAN port is the only one that should be used when it as
attached to the system.
8.
Port Replicator Release Latch
Slide the Port Replicator Release button to remove the Port Replicator from your notebook.
