Critical Points

If the disc cannot be ejected
1.

Click the Start button and select My Computer.

In the My Computer window, right-click E drive in the Drives with Removable Storage
area.

Click Eject. The tray springs out abit.

Pull out the tray gently and remove the disc.

If this does not work well, perform these steps.
1.

Turn off your computer.

Insert a straightened paperclip, into the pinhole by the side of the CD eject button.
The tray springs out.

Pull out the tray gently and remove the disc.
