Used to connect commercially available headphones with a f3.5 mini plug. This jack is
incompatible with some types of cable connectors, so you should consult a salesperson
before purchasing headphones.

Used to plug in the fiber-optic cable from an audio unit, e.g., an MD recorder, provided with
an optical digital input terminal. (Compatible with optical mini-plugs)
