5.2 ETERNUS DX Disk Storage System Monitoring Setup

FUJITSU Storage ETERNUS DX60 S2 Disk storage system User’s Guide -Installation-

(3) Enter the "User Name", specify the required items, and click the [OK] button.

(4) Confirm that the added user is displayed in the "User List" field.

(5)

Set community

(1) Click the [Community] link on the left of the screen.

The community setting screen appears.

(2) Click the [Add] button in the "Community List" field.

The "Set Community" field appears.

(3) Enter the community name for "Community Name", specify the IP address for the

SNMP Manager for "Allowed SNMP Manager", and click the [OK] button.

The community setting must be performed to use SNMP v2c for
SNMP communication between the SNMP Agent and the SNMP
Manager. This setting is not required for SNMP v3.
