Canceling Scanning/
Checking Job Status

This section describes how to cancel scanning and check the status of scan jobs in process.
Once scanning is canceled, the scan data already saved in the mailbox will also be deleted.

3.2.1

Canceling Scanning From This Machine

The procedure to cancel scanning from this machine is as follows.
If the following screen does not appear, refer to the procedure on the next page,
“

Canceling scan jobs in this machine” (P. 157).

Procedure

1

Either press

Stop

on the control panel or select

Stop

on the following

screen.

The machine will pause and display the following screen.

To stop scanning, either press

C

on the control panel or select

Stop

on

the following screen. However, the page in the midst of scanning will be
scanned.

To continue scanning, either press the Start button on the control panel or select the Start button on
the screen.
