5.3 Shutdown

Follow the procedures

Close the valve slowly to stop applying a pressure.
The transmitter is set in the measurement stop status.

(1) Absolute (FKA/FKH) and gauge (FKG/FKP) pressure transmitters :

Check of operating status

(2) Flow and differential pressure transmitter (FKC) :

Close the stop valve on the high pressure
side (HP side) slowly.

Open the equalizing valve.

Close the stop valve on the low pressure side (LP
side) slowly

Open
