❒ Place intermediate plate (J) over mitre gear and fit to flange of rotary agitator duct

➥ Intermediate plate and top edge of trough of discharge screw should be on the

same level (3),

⇨ See "Information about setup" [page 18]

➥ Make sure the intermediate plate and rotary agitator duct are parallel!
➥ Tip: if necessary level out with spacer washers

❒ Attach cover for hole in wall (K) on boiler room side

➥ Pre-drill holes in wall

FBR 110-200

❒ Fit spring piles (L) with clamping plates (M) to ring of rotary agitator plate (N)

➥ The bend in the clamping plates must face away from the rotary agitator plate!

❒ Tighten the left and right screw connections alternately by 2 - 3 turns each, until

the spring pile is right next to the ring of the rotary agitator plate

❒ Fit cover plates (O) to rotary agitator plate
