EXCHANGING THE 3 WAY DRAIN VALVE
Disconnect the power supply!!
1. Open the service doors [551] on the back.
2. Open the service hatch [512] on the back
of the underframe.
3. Remove the transparant safety panel [573].
4. Disconnect the power cable of the motor
and pull it out of the underframe.
•
The power lines (1,3, 4 and PE) are con-
nected to the terminal block.
•
The feed back lines (5 and 6)are directly
connected to the relays.
•
The number 2 wire has been cut out the
cable!
•
Note that it is also possible to disconnect
the cable on the motor itself.
In that case
you can skip the steps 1 and 3.
4. Open the suspension clip.
5. Loosen the swivel of the 1” joint a few
turns so that the assembly can move a lit-
tle.
6. Loosen the hose clamp and release the
hose from sticking to the pipe by twisting
it.
7. Completely turn the swivel loose and take
out the assembly.
It is now possible to disassemble the assem-
bly.
Reverse the procedure to mount the drain
valve assembly.
Fuse 0,5A 5x20mm
