Settings File
As described in section 3-5 there are two folders stored inside of the Truck Pro: Settings and
Sounds. The Settings folder contains a file called: settings.dat. This file has specific instructions
inside that control different parameters for the Truck Pro operation. The following table shows
the different parameters and their possible values.
You are welcome to modify the values within the given value specifications as indicated within
the table below.

Description / Values
ADDR
Sets the channel of operation. Possible values are 0 – 15. Must
be set to the same channel of operation as the Truck Pro
remote control.
RELEASE
PLMDA
PLMDB
SPKRMD
EXRT
Extended run time. Value 0 sets the low voltage cutoff
threshold to 11.5V. A value of 1 will set the low voltage cutoff
threshold to 10.5V
GRIPID
Displays the ID for the FOXGRIP II that you have paired with the
Truck Pro.
PR1SND
Displays the sound number of the sound you have set as preset
1. This is the sound that is triggered by button 1 on the
FOXGRIP II.
PR1VOL
Displays the volume level of preset 1.
PR2SND
Displays the sound number of the sound you have set to preset
2. This is the sound that is triggered by button 2 on the
FOXGRIP II.
PR2VOL
Displays the volume level of preset 2.
