You will require a service unit with a 5

m filter for pro-
tecting the proportional directional control valve against
damage.

Use a service unit
– without lubricator
– with a 5
µ
m filter
– with sufficiently large flow corresponding to the air re-
quirement of the connected cylinder during operation.
Reference value: twice the rated flow of the valve
(type MPYE-5-...), e.g.:
