6. Set the IP addressing with DIL switch 3.
7. Fit the cover.
8. Screw on the retaining screws hand-tight and then tighten to 0.4 Nm ± 10%.

Setting operating mode and protocol, DIL switch 1

The energy efficiency module only supports the Remote I/O operating mode with the bus node
CPX-FB36, factory setting.
All 1.1 and 1.2 switch elements of DIL switch 1 must be in the OFF position.

All functions of the energy efficiency module are controlled directly
by the controller or by a higher-level PLC.

Not supported.

The 1.1 DIL switch element must be in the OFF position.
