7. Tighten the screws of the tie rod in two stages as
follows:
Stage CPA10 CPA14
1 0.5 Nm 0.5 Nm
2 1.5 Nm 2 Nm
8. In the case of sub-bases with dismantled compo-
nents, check that the seals are seated correctly on
the sub-base. They must lie properly within the ap-
propriate grooves.
9. Place the removed components on the sub-bases
again and tighten them slightly.
10.Tighten the fastening screws of all components on
the sub-bases again with
- CPA10: 0.2 Nm (+ 0.05 Nm)
- CPA14: 0.3 NM (+ 0.1 Nm)
11.Place the pin-type inserts in the sub-bases (see
chapter 3 "Installation," section "Connecting the
supply, exhaust and work lines").
12.Fit the CPA valve terminals onto their mounting sur-
face (see chapter 2 "Fitting," section "Fitting onto a
wall" or "Fitting with a hat rail").
13.Finally, complete the pneumatic and electrical con-
nections (see chapter 3 "Installation," section "Con-
necting the CPA valve terminal").
