5.4.2 Conversion to internal or external pilot air
By fitting the appropriate right hand end plate, you can
convert your CPA valve terminal to internal or external
pilot air.
PLEASE NOTE
Mixed operation of the CPA valve terminal with inter-
nal and external pilot air is not intended. The sub-
base for separation of the pressure zones does not
divide the auxiliary pilot air channel.
The available right hand end plates are listed in the
table below. Check whether the right hand end plate is
intended for internal or external pilot air.
Right hand end plate Description
for internal pilot air: Connection 12/14 in right hand end plate is not marked
and is sealed with a blind plug. The auxiliary pilot air is
taken internally from connection 1. Separation of
pressure zones is permitted.
Non-required connections must be sealed.
for external pilot air: Connection 12/14 in right hand end plate for
connecting the auxiliary pilot air is marked.
Separation of pressure zones is permitted.
Non-required connections must be sealed.
